Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo who was only publicly seen last month on may 11, 2023, while presiding over the launch of Mukono High Court; has refuted rumors that he is so Ill that he can’t even speak.

This has come shortly after word making it round that the darling Chief Justice is very sick and that he is being hospitalised abroad in critical condition.

In a speech read by the Deputy Chief Justice, Richard Buteera who presided over the send-off of Lady Justice Stella Arach Amoko Justice Owiny Dollo stated that it was hurting having not attended the burial but he’s steadily recovering.

However, according to impeccable sources at the Judiciary disclose that the Chief Justice Hon. Justice Owiny-Dollo was critically bedridden abroad and still needs prayers with utmost special attention.

Running in the ease; the Public Relations Officer at the Judiciary, Jamson Karemani refuted the claims saying they are simply exaggerations the public should disregard thus assuring about his quick return, he notes;

“We wish to dismiss the unfounded and exaggerated reports about the Chief Justice’s health. He’s abroad and not critically ill has the media reported, he will soon return.”
