What the Family Says
The family to the deceased reveals that their son had a sack of marijuana in the night of his death that the two officers absconded with. Mzee Biddo, the father to the deceased says thus:
“My son has been good, ‘abadde talina buzibu bwona namuntu abadde akola mirimugye nga mwajja akokulaya’ literally meaning (he had no issues with anyone, his efforts were all on his works where he fed his family).”

Worse still, the family says they need justice for their son from Police that returned the body without condolences or a coinage. The family now vows to dump the body to their station if no assistance is received by tomorrow morning.
Police officers who returned the body however said the family to the deceased should work hand in hand with Katosi Police station for further assistances and that their job was only to return the body.
A close family relative a local area member who preferred anonymity says Biddo had been dealing with Cubans who reside at a neighbouring village, Mpatta 2km away from Bugoye who he had been dealing with in various businesses like marijuana. He says; “yabadde ne kisawo kye njagga abasirikale abamukubye kyebadduse nakyo, (he had had a sack full of marijuana that the shooters disappeared with after gunning him down).”
Locals say Biddo for years had been growing marijuana on acres of land and all his earnings came from that. They add that they heard gun shots amounting to three in their trading center and only to find Biddo laying down in a pool of blood.
Police came later and whisked him to Herona Hospital, Kisoga that couldn’t handle his situation hence a referral to Mulago.
